Meet the Founder, Annie Iden
I believe work should feel meaningful—and that people deserve clarity, growth, and a sense of direction in their careers. After nearly two decades in human capital strategy across Europe, Asia, and the U.S., I’ve seen the same truth in every organization: when people understand their strengths, their role, and the skills that actually matter, work becomes not just productive…but profoundly human.
I created Brixton Compass Consulting because organizations don’t need more HR “programs”—they need systems that help people thrive. My work is centered on building skills-based organizations where talent, strategy, and structure move in the same direction. I help leaders redesign their organizations so people can do their best work with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
My journey has taken me from Deloitte in London to leading workforce strategy and HR transformation practices at global companies. Along the way, I earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from BYU, became a CPA, and built a deep foundation in project management, operating model design, systems implementation, and organizational transformation. Those experiences taught me how to translate complex challenges into practical frameworks that leaders can actually use.
At Brixton Compass, I partner closely with CEOs, CHROs, and HR teams to identify the capabilities that matter, design structures that support growth, and create people systems that feel both strategic and humane. My work spans job architecture, skills frameworks, performance redesign, capability academies, and workforce operating models—all with one goal: to help organizations unlock the full potential of their people.
I invite you to connect with me.
Work is changing rapidly, and the future belongs to organizations bold enough to reimagine how people grow.
Let’s build that future together.
